II. How to use

Customers can access the FAQs Page in 2 ways:

1. Go to link: https://your-site-url.com/faqs.html

2. Click Frequently Asked Questions in the footer.

Customers can see the FAQ Categories in the left sidebar.

Or see it in the top section.

When you click on a category, you will see the frequently asked questions of that category.

Click Read more > to go to the detailed answer page of the question. Here you can rate answers with Like, Dislike button.

2 sections: Frequently Asked Questions and Latest Questions are below.

When you click on a question, the answers will be expanded below. And click Read more > button to go to the detailed answer page of the question.

III. How to configure

III.1. Manage FAQs Categories

Go to FAQs -> Manage FAQs Categories.

III.1.1. FAQ Categories Manager

You can perform Edit, Delete, View on each category by selecting Select in the last column in the table.

Alternatively, you can perform a mass action like Delete, Activate, Deactivate with all categories.

If you have lots of categories, you can use search bar, filter. Alternatively, you can choose the number of categories displayed on the page.

Select the columns displayed in the table with Columns.

You can also Export data with CSV, Excel XML.

III.1.2. Add New Category

From the FAQ Categories Manager page, click Add New Category button.

Fill out the Category Information on the form.

When complete, click Save Category button.

III.2. Manage FAQs

To go to Manage FAQs, choose FAQs -> Manage FAQs.

III.2.1. FAQs Manager

The management operations on the FAQs Manager page are similar to FAQ Categories Manager, you can perform actions with each FAQ or mass action. In addition, you can also Search, Filter, Export data,…

III.2.2. Add New FAQ

From the FAQs Manager page, click Add New FAQ button.

Fill out the Question Information on the form.
