In this post, I will guide you on How To Enable Remember Me Functionality In Magento 2<\/strong>. Remember me helps customers from needing to enter their login information every time they log into the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature will save customers from having to spend time entering login information every time they log in. But for security purposes, experts do not recommend using it and Magento 2 does not enable this feature by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magento 2 allows to enable and disable this feature simply. Please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps To Enable Remember Me Functionality In Magento 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to Admin Panel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. On the Admin Panel<\/strong> sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. In the left panel, choose\u00a0CUSTOMERS > Persistent Shopping Cart<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Untick Use system value and Set Enable Persistence<\/strong> to Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Same as above, set Yes for Enable “Remember Me”<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
