Before You Start
- The seller account must be approved and signed in.
- The administrator must install and enable the add-on that provides the required menu.
- Carrier methods require valid credentials from the corresponding shipping provider.
- The seller must enter accurate product weight and store-origin information before testing rates.

- 1. Shipping Methods opens the installed seller shipping integrations.
- 2. Manage Store Pickup opens the pickup-location management tools.
II. Seller Shipping Methods
Shipping Methods allow a seller to define a fixed delivery charge, upload destination-based rules, or connect a supported carrier account. A method is displayed at checkout only when it is enabled and the cart, destination, weight and seller configuration satisfy its conditions.
Step 1: Open Shipping Methods. From the left menu of the Seller Dashboard, click Shipping Methods. The available submenu entries depend on the installed shipping add-ons.

Figure 2. Shipping Methods entry in the Seller Dashboard.
- 1. Click Shipping Methods to open the available seller shipping integrations.
2.1. Flat Rate Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping is useful when the seller wants to charge a predictable price instead of requesting a live rate from a carrier.
Step 1: Open the Flat Rate list. Choose Shipping Methods > Flat Rate Shipping. The page shows every rule owned by the current seller.

Figure 3. Flat Rate Shipping rule list.
- 1. Click Add New Shipping to create a rule.
- 2. The grid displays title, type, price, free-shipping amount, sort order and status.
Step 2: Add a Flat Rate rule. Click Add New Shipping, complete the fields and review the values before saving.

Figure 4. Fields used to create a Flat Rate Shipping rule.
- 1. Enter the customer-facing shipping title.
- 2. Enter the shipping price after choosing the calculation type above.
- 3. Set the minimum amount that qualifies for free shipping.
- 4. Set the status and click Save after reviewing the rule.
| Field | Description |
| Title | The shipping-method name displayed to the customer, for example Standard Delivery. |
| Type | Determines how the amount is calculated. Per Order charges the rule once for the eligible seller shipment. |
| Price | The delivery charge applied when the rule is selected. |
| Free Shipping | The minimum qualifying order amount. Leave it empty when the seller does not offer a free-shipping threshold. |
| Sort Order | Controls the position of this method when more than one option is available. |
| Status | Enable publishes the rule; Disable keeps it unavailable at checkout. |
| Expected result: The saved rule appears in the Flat Rate list. Test an eligible and an ineligible cart to confirm both the price and free-shipping threshold. |
2.2. Table Rate Shipping
Table Rate Shipping supports delivery prices based on country, region, postal-code range and product weight. It is suitable when the seller maintains many destination-specific rules.
Step 1: Download the sample file. Open Shipping Methods > Table Rate Shipping and click Download sample file. Keep the sample headers and column order unchanged.
Step 2: Prepare and upload the CSV. Add the required rules to the sample file, select the CSV and click Save Shipping.

- 1. Use Add New Shipping for a manual rule.
- 2. Review the country, region, ZIP and weight boundaries in the grid.
| CSV validation: Start with a small test file. Verify the first and last ZIP and weight values because overlapping ranges can produce an unexpected rate. |
2.3. Real-Time Carrier Shipping
UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL request shipping services from the carrier. Before configuration, the seller must create the required carrier account and determine whether the credentials belong to a test or production environment.
- Do not publish carrier passwords, API keys or account numbers.
- Enable only the services the seller can fulfill.
- Confirm the origin country and pickup type match the carrier account.
- Add realistic product dimensions and weight before testing.
