In this post, I will guide you on How To Configure Reorders In Magento 2. Reorders allow customers to reorder products they have previously purchased.

This is a useful feature to increase customer experience. With just one click, customers can reorder products they have purchased before. This saves customers time to redo order procedures.

Criteria for reorder to be allowed for an order

• The Allow Reorder configuration option must be enabled.
• If an order is in Hold or in Payment Review status, the reorder option is disabled.
• If any of the items in the order is unavailable, out of stock, or disabled, the reorder option is disabled.

Configure Reorders In Magento 2

Step 1: Log in to Admin Panel.

Step 2: On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Step 3: In the left panel, choose SALES > Sales.

Step 4: Expand the Reorder section.

Step 5: Set Allow Reorder to:

• Yes if you want allows reorders from the customer account or orders list in the Admin.
• No if you want disables reorders.

Step 6: Click Save Config button.
