Magento allows you to set different prices for the same product. For merchants with multiple stores, they have to consider a number of factors such as the cost of the location, the cost of bringing the product to market, the cost of shipping, … to set a price for a product per their stores.

The scope of the base currency that is used for product prices can be configured to apply at either the global or website level. By default Magento 2 setting, the scope of product pricing is global.

Steps To Configure Price Scope

Step 1: Log in to Admin Panel.

Step 2: On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Step 3: In the left panel, choose CATALOG > Catalog.

Step 4: Expand the Price section.

  • Global
